Sup everyone,

Here some pics from my last show im 24yrs old from canada. Im real happy with my presentation this year and now im qualified for the canadian nationals so next year hopefully ill be a bit heavier. I was a LH with my best condition yet, any feedback i will appreciate...

Yeah, you look great w/out any major weak points. Legs look awesome; I guess arms could stand to get a little bigger.

nice wheels! side chest looks good! it looks like you have really long muscle bellies in your biceps. this is a very good thing because your arms will get much larger than your shorter counterparts! awesome hamstring hang too!

You look tremendous and the only thing you need to do is get bigger and thicker. You could get some more width to your calfs/soleus as well. What ever you did to come in THAT condition...STICK with it and don't change your contest prep. Good luck, Howard

i know what i need to work on mostly upper body thickness and some more size i find i loose alot when dieting but i should be smarter next prep. i have some more pics here from the show 4 weeks prior. i appreciate the advice and comments.

Are you natrual 'Stunna'? Don't try and dodge the question - a simple yes or no will suffice.
