That's like comparing Arnold to Mike Katz.  Pudzi is at least top 5 in the world. Michail Sidorychev is top 20? At best. Pudzi is in a different league. Only three or four guys are better than him: Koklyaiev, Murumets, possibly Virastyuk when/if he gets back in shape and of course the giant Savickas. -Hedge |

Mariusz is the best athlete, all round speaking! Savickas is stronger but Mariusz is complete. I remember in 2000 at the South Africa WSM competition, Mariusz completly hammered Savickas, Mariusz was only 22. He gave to WSM another dimension. Kaz, recently told that Mariusz could become the best strongman ever. Great physique, incredible strength and carisma... BTW, Mariusz could have been a top 5 world bber.

Ok, Pudzi is stronger, but is his physique that much better that Michael’s? Is it better at all? They look very comparable to me. From an aestethic point of view, i like michael's physique better. He looks more like an athlete, plus he has round muscle bellies. His arms, chest, delts look a bit better because of that. Mariusz is leaner though, so he looks a bit more impressive to most people i think. |

We're talking shades of grey, but I prefer Michael's physique as well. I see fuller muscle bellies and an overall more aesthetic physique. I wonder who is more agile.  |

His agility is one of the reasons he's winning, he's without a doubt the quickest elite strongman today. I've seen him IRL do full split backstage during warm up, and do roundhouse kicks higher than his head, just for shit and giggles. Honestly, where is the comparison? There is none. -Hedge |

Pudz's waist is too wide and he'd make an awful bodybuilder. He's perfect for strength in every way though - I don't think a bit of extra bodyweight would hurt him if he ever wants to catch up to Savickas.
