I booze on weekends and once in a while I'll get after it on a Thursday too depending on how work is going. I still get my workouts in though and fight through them even if I'm feeling like sh*t.

I never got into drinking becuase I've always seen it as being counter-productive, especially towards my fitness/bb goals.
