Squadfather.....let me give you some useful advice. Your bench is ok, so is your squat. I would recommend that you start training three times a day. You will keep that anabolic window open for a longer time. Also, something that the pros do that nobody knows about it that they have a filter system for their urine and feces. You dump that all in the filter, and will spit out a shake that contains any lost muscle, supplements, etc. You then inject that back into your body. Thats how they maintain the tremendous size they do.
I also saw that you are into the twizzlers....are you doing the nibs yet? If not, be careful. You will have to do some major HRT if you do. Those things have been known to fuck a brither up.
So, stay strong...stay mean....oh, and make sure you wreck a bitch or two between workouts.
