Wouldn 525 for 6 reps make Lee one of the greatest benchers, if you look at his bodyweight?
It MIGHT be possible with his musculature and short arms, but i'd have to see it to believe it.

Peace

You trained with Cutler?

does he allways train as hard as in his videos? how was it?

Of the pros i have seen on video Cutler trains the hardest.

well we were like 18-19 then but he trained like a beast, i would say harder. Kid was 240 stage ready even then. Sucked for me LOL

are you calling lee a liar, 'dave'?

Lee's a pretty straight shooter, but a magazine writer may catch more attention by writing 545 for 6 as opposed to 475 for 6.

i've seen many pros train at gold's and very few actually do the flat barbell press. dumbbells occasionally, but barbell? never

ok.

I'm serious

I've seen many pros train at Golds: dennis james, jay cutler, chris cormier, mike morris, melvin anthony, gunter, will harris, cook, etc.

i've never seen any of them do a flat barbell bench press once

Just wondering so do you believe Lee only uses deca and winny also like Lee stats?

ALL pro bodybuilder lie about their numbers ALL except Ronnie who does it on tape for everyone to see.NOT ONE of these guys EVER has any evidense to prove these numbers. They say "it was when I was younger".Even Johnnie Jackson, who is VERY strong, said he could squat 815 with no belt suit or wraps, but then goes into a meet fully geared and hits 826,11 pounds out of full gear, without a doubt THE STUPIDEST thing Ive read.I used to get pissed off at these lies, now I just accept it,much like I do when powerlifters tell me they are at 11% bodyfat at 300lbs.

lee says he only uses 200g of deca a week, sometimes a little primo or winstrol, nothing else. and doesnt use gear offseason.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA...That's some funny shit!

545lb for 1-2 I believe, but not for 6!

I train at Gold's in Venice, there are a lot of pros that train there. I've been training there for about four years- so I've seen many pros train. I've never seen any of them do a flat barbell bench press
