only second time dieting down, I was not nervous about it until right now. it will be for 16 weeks. all of a sudden I'm thinking about what I won't be able to eat and so I feel like I want to eat everything and chase it with a beer!!!!

Just remember that you can do ANYTHING for 16 weeks.  Once you start, every day will be one day closer to the end.
It's a piece of cake, right?...and then you can have some cake.   Wink

Definitely have yourself a nice cheat meal of whatever you want the weekend before you start your diet.

Lol AZ...I am in the exact opposite position and LOVING that....2 more weeks and I am DONE for the year!  Good luck with your training and dieting, keep us posted of your results.  Oh and have a Blizzard for me while you can!

LOL I had a Blizzard last night... Grin...(sorry Beast...but I'm bringing you cake in two weeks!)
Caramel Waffle Crisp, it's the June Blizzard of the month.  I highly recommend one before you start your diet.

There is a pretty decent chance that I'll be at the Easterns...I hope to meet you there az!

Yup, sorrell is huge here though personally you couldn't pay me to drink the stuff Lips sealed

I stopped getting on the scale about two months ago (it was frustrating me to no end), I'm about 180 now (5 feet Cool hvywt.

225lbs.. or   2 x45# plates + a 25# per side?  Both awesome.

What do you use for DB rows? The 90s for 15 or so?

YOu do look strong, nice shape too. Waist realy looks small w/ those lats. I like it Wink.
