QT isn't making any friends lately. Bashes Toney. Toney has gained the respect of fans and fellow competitors. Quincy saying his conditioning is 6x better than Toney Freeman. HAHAHA. No way QT. Step away from the buffet line and try to focus, Freeman has left you in the dust.

Calls Gustavo an arrogant jerk and a block of cheese again. Saying Gustavo needs to check himself. QT is the one who needs to check himself.

Says he doesn't know who Kai Greene is. HAHAHA.

Isn't it a little presumptious to film QT for the Olympia series when he has yet to qualify? 4th place this weekend at the Europa doesn't land you on the Olympia stage.  ;D

 I see QT more block of cheese than Gustavo. Because Gustavo has more V shape than QT.
But, telling the truth, I love trouble maker like QT,Kamali,Milos,Shawn....etc. They make BBing very exciting war.

Bodybuilding needs another feud (e.g Kamali-Titus) Makes it more exciting. Hopefully Gustavo will hear this and challenge Quincy. Bit of push and shove during the posedown never hurt anyone.

Yeah I agree, Quincy's interview on PBW really setup some great storylines for the next few months. I think it's great to see some guys mixing it up. I like his "DO YOU KNOW WHAT I DO" attitude.

So i watched the olympia series with quincy, x-men, and silvio. Im very surprised with silvio's personality, he actually has something to tell.  Quincy is is a funny guy, but he and x-men, dont come across as themselves, they re pretending to be somebody, if you listen to Silvio, he's telling it like it is, intelligent, and true to himself.

He indeed has already been stronger, and his left arm still looks way smaller than the right. But he hardly ever had such a good shape that far out from the contest........we'll see ;D

The lighting was terrible at his home gym, but still give props to bbing.com for giving us a sneak peak.  I noticed that Bob, looked wider then ronnie in the shoulders in that kitchen segment :o

Ronnie is most definitely a champion. He is gracefully giving way to the next generation and talks with A GOOD SENSE OF MATURITY, knowing very well that anything can just happen. I noticed ronnie had hys gym bitch with him at home. I know they are also friends but he is his gopher in the gym. Do all pros have a gym bitch like this to fetch weights? Anytime i have seen Jay in a video he goes and gets his own weights and plates and such.
