Tbh I would have thought that 10% would be way leaner than that :-\. But he does have a lot of size there so good on him :).

if all these ppl were indeed natural, they would be NATURAL PROS EASILY, IN FACT THEY WOULD PLACE TOP 3 IN NATURAL BODYBUILDING  ::)

From what I've seen, 10% means being in good shape but still having that little clump of fat around the middle. In that pic, Alex fits the description. I'd say 10-12%. Good work, Alex!

u can see obliques in that picture, so id say alex is hovering around 10%.

He's about 8 weeks out in that pic.
