It looks like he holds quite abit of muscle so its hard to say if he is in the 10 range...Certainly not any less but my guess would be around 12...But i think its safe to say that he could get away with saying 10 to 12 with no one really doubting him...I would really have to see how much lower back fat he holds..

No one's saying he doesn't look good dude. But at 10%, you'd have decent vascularity and your abs showing clearly. I'd say Alex is about 14 - 16% there. I don't even have my obliques out that much and that's the 'fattest' part of me. I always told people I'm about 15%

I agree with you 100% that anyone who isn't a diabetic that fools with insulin is a complete idiot...My point was maybe he lives at home or something and has a diabetic relative or maybe he himself is diabetic.He is big but he doesn't look like a big juicer to me.

i will say this...The photo Alex took is quite a ways from him and he is still showing alot of size...Most shots that aren't right up on a person make them disappear...You can tell that this alex kid is holding alot of size...esp/if he is a natural..
