have him train with someone from getbig

have jay go to a strip joint

shave his head and put a bomber jacket and steel cap boots on him

they should make a double disc dvd in where the first disc it features  jay traveling  to live and workout with ronnie in texas and they would do ronnie type workouts and in the second disc ronnie would travel to vegas to train with jay his way  :D that would be so awesome i would dish out 150$ for that video  :o or wait till it got ripped  ;D

Haha exactly, beside he looks like a dwarfed fridge that's something i never liked about his physique, the look of synthol arms due the lack of veins.

170's on flat bench is nothing for a guy his size and on as many drugs as he uses, 4000mg. of test a week he should be pressing 250's in all seriousness.

he's not weak Mars but he's not tremendously strong given his weight and drug use, i can use the 140's on flat presses for full reps and i'm totally clean and only 235 pounds.
