I'd like to take boxe lessons or something like that cause I couldn't fight my way out of a wet paper bag !!!

seriously tho, how many times a week I would need to train for it to see good progress ?
is 2 times a week enough ?

cause I train 5 days a week in the gym so I could boxe in my days off

speak on this !

no I am not a violent guy, I'd just like to know the basic just for fun

and you never know what can happen, it's always good to know how to trow a good punch

for now if I get in a fight I'll use the good old "kick in the nuts"

To become proficient, you would need at least three times a week. Boxing is a game where you need to develop your tools first, sparring won't occur anytime soon, so be prepared to go through a process.
