Hahaha Cheers, but Alex would walk all over my 170 lbs ass if we competed now. I am going to get back into full blown training sometime this week. Will post the pics in this thread.

I wouldn't be so sure... I give credit where there is to be given. Your arms/shoulders are genetically juicy, loaded with cells and screaming to grow They've been 19 I know that, a 20" natural is possible. Top 1%. I told you that already. I'm bigger but not well balanced yet. Until I do, I wouldn't call myself a winner.

Not to be cocky but from what I've seen so far on this board, we're probably 2 of the most gifted guys for bodybuilding as it stands today. Some are naturally cut some have goo maturity but ain't enough if you don'y have the natural tickness nowadays.

I'm going to chronologically post what I've got, put as much fuel on the fire... ;D

Guys from last years batch --> watch out. My prediction: Adonis meltsdown, kills his imaginary gilrfriend, his mom (who he lives with) his brother and does a final "Benoit" on sunday morning after the results ;D

Cheers mate. Back workout normally take about 3 hours, with plenty of rest (8-12 mins) between the 2 main working sets of every exercise that I do. I warmup by pyramiding up to my max weight on the pulldown to get some blood flowing. Then I do 2 sets to failure around 6 - 8 reps and do a triple drop. Next is 2 sets of deadlifts off the floor, again to failure at about 6 reps. Then it's 2 sets of bent over barbell rows (Yates' style), 2 sets of T bar rows (Ronnie style, lol), 2 sets of prone dumbell rows (Jay's style ;D) and 2 sets of rear delt triple drops. If I have anything left, I'll do a set or 2 of chins cause I'm quite strong with my back.
