thanks! this bodybuilding thing isnt that complicated! you just need to go to the gym regularly for a lot of years, kinda like posting on getbig!

i do lot of volume on getbig and in the gym! day after day!

i dont think he likes me when i called him out for using steroids and being a mod on the natural board
