One thing I need to stop doing is opening the damn video clips you post from my work...for some reason, I convince myself that they won't be totally nasty.  I fall for it every time.   
I only watched the first minute or so, so you will have to tell me if I missed something incredibly exciting at the end, but I think I got the gist of it. 

Right now, I am enjoying a bowl of cherries, my favorite fruit.
