this guys a mod on bb.com

some of his stats

Flat bench, 5 reps with 400 lbs, 3 reps with 420 lbs.
30 reps of pull-ups, then 20 reps of chin-ups. Also, sets of 10 reps with 110 lbs added.
Concentration curls with 72 lb dumbbells for sets of 12 reps.
Front squats with 450 lbs for 5 reps.
In the one and same workout: 3 sets of 20 reps with 485 lbs on squats.
Push presses with 260 lbs for 5 reps.
Close grip bench presses with 360 lbs for 12 reps.

lol read the thread...its pretty funny.  the guy has a home gym..and a camera.  but he refuses to take a video, and some ball lickers are still defending him.

I think the funniest part is that clown "Bodysteele" claiming to have been even stronger at 21. It's like the fourth post down.

"I was more powerful than that guy at 21 yrs of age...that pushpress was godawful, I was jerking like 365 explosively...

On the bench he might have me in absolute strength by bit I was explosively repping 320 for 8's...

Moral of story guy is strong...not super strong."  ::)

the funniest part is that while that was happening, i got a fucking LOAD of people who were repping me because they knew i was right.

bb.com has a shitload of people with over 30,000 posts. there's even a few guys who have topped 50,000. granted some are industry workers so their posting is actually part of their job, but damn. i don't think i have 30,000 posts total from every board i've been on since i was 16.
