HEre's my routine/cycle... any takers on critiquing my plan?
M-F
I gym it and work on different body parts, (shoulders/arms/legs/back/chest/...
abs daily and cardio is about 9 miles aweek maybe more depending on time.)
My goal is to build evenly and burn body fat as effeciantly as possible so that i can achieve leaness and a nice tight build.
My stats are:
5'9 , 142lbs, 10.9 Body Fat, and most of my fat is in my legs and stomach.
I'm on a cutting cycle of 400mg of tren e, 400 mg of deca, and between 300-500mg of stanozolol aweek.
My intake of protien is about 100g a day maybe more depending on how many shakes I take.
My diet involves good proteins and I stay away from processed sugars and breads as a whole.
Any thought if this will do me any good?
First question, have you used drugs before? I'm guessing no because this cycle is not one of the best I've seen.
Also, like others have said, 100g of pt/ed is not enough. I'm guessing you're a hardgainer since your weight is on the low side. Shoot for a minimum of 1.5g-2g of pt/ed per lb of body weight.
Further, if your stats are accurate, I wouldn't worry about dieting right now. You said that you wanted to build and lean out...very hard to do both, and for a hardgainer, near impossible. You'd be far better served bulking up...this does not mean eat and gorge yourself silly, eat well, eat clean, make some good gains. With these new gains of muscle, you'll have a much better look and after that, then it will be time to diet down.
