its because its full of oil and too much bodyfat7-8%/water bloat for you  to see major detail right now,,it will look a lot better in couple months

arms are not his strongest part but it will look better moment water and fat drops to under 6%

jay likes wearing tanks that have a wide band on top and he likes wearing cutoff shirts both will make you look less wider, the thin string tanks have been used by BB's for a while for a reason, jay obviously could care less, come on the stage hes been kicking everyones ass for years

I'd say arms, shoulders (rear delts in particular), lats. In these parts you can see that smooth and swollen look.
Calves and quads seem legit to me.
