First picture from my show

here it is bitches, a lot of people pmed me for some pics frmo the show
so here is the picture the federation put on their website, I should have the other early this week ( I hope damn it )

I have a large frame so I don't have any kind of thickness yet, but with another 20 lbs or so I think I will start to have some roundness to my muscles

Which show was that? Yves Desbiens... I'm assuming somewhere in MTL...

Very good quality... big frames take longer to fill, some with even small ones and lesser genetics never do, like Adam Abeles.

But yours will you've got some decent genetics. Greek-Canadian ? ;D

Actually, Adam, it's called "lower abs"  ;D
When I receive my other pics I'll post larger one of an abs pose and you will see that I have no "loose skin"
