I hate testifying. The opposite lawyer always tries to trip you up with some stupid sh*t so my advice is to be on you're toes, and also take you're time to answer even if they come out machinegunning questions at ya.
i have only been to court twice the first time was do to a shooting when i worked for the DEA,and the cross examining attorney didn't even know who i was.he fumbled around for a little while and i asked him if he needed a moment to look back over his notes,and he got pissed off and dismissed me.
the second time was for a lady who got a DWI and i didn't even give it to her,i work for a city police department and the guy who arrested her was a deputy sheriff.i had litterly never seen or heard of this woman in my life until i saw her in court that day.
so what i am trying to say is,not all lawyers are smart.
