at Age 21 i'm already ahead of you. probably weighed more too on stage (after dropping water and bodyfat) that's embarassing dude...

Thats the thing........I do realize........GH15 thinks that you have to ton of shit to win, that's simply not the case, Ronnie, Jay or damn near any seasoned pro realizes that they don't need a whole lot of gear to respond, I've always maintained that MOST (not all, there's still a few idiots out there like GH15 who think you need a ton of shit) are taking much less than you might think!

coach...let me clear a few thing up ...I used to bodybuild as in serious bb....the pics u see of me are clean...looking good for the summer, etc, that kind of crap...anyway....in my best shape I was somewhere around what u look like. Ron Love was my trainer up in detroit for a while and i'll tell u that I got a first hand scoop in everything pros dop or take because he trained with most of them including ronnie and dorian...about dorian : when I found out from him that dorian was the first to push the envelope drug wise doing 30+ iu hgh a day everyone said u are lying...than ronnie pushed it even further with slin and other stuff....not high doses...megadosing.
