german, japanese, english, french, latin (well i don't speak it, but can read a bit), some spanish (reading good, speaking ok), italian (same) and a bit chinese (reading only. chinese is basically chinese characters written in german grammar, so if you can read the characters you understand the sentece quite good).

how long did it took to learn each language and what was the most difficult to learn ?

german 28 years 

english 8 years in school, but i'm constantly using it so make that 17 years

japanese 6 years

latin 4 years in school

french 2 years in school

spanish in university, italian and chinese on the side...

It's fun and you can use languages everyday. Also, most european languages are similar, i can also read dutch pretty good and had a polish gf in high school, so i can understand some polish too.
spanish, italian and french are sooo similar to latin, if you've learned latin you can almost instantly read all these languages. 

Japanese is the most fun and take smost time and effort.

Most difficult to learn? spanish. I don't know why, but i hate that language. and polish is fucking difficult to pronounce.
