I do have squatting videos on you-tube under Big Lee Heavy Squats.  I think 405 for 4 reps is up there at the moment.

Good weight, really good depth, and you squat powerfully.
Just be careful of your back!!! :-\ Couple of times you round over (on the deads and squats) and I can't imagine your back liking that too much longer. Just a warning, not flaming you.
You're obviously a very strong dude, and move a ton of weight daily.
Keep up the good work.

Thanks buddy, I get hammered on here a bit but its good to have someone say something nice.  I guess I have my weird way of lifting?  My back doesnt get sore, I cant explain?  I had severe scoliosis as a child and was told to never lift anything heavy? Not kidding!

I am not doing DC anymore.  It was too much for my C.N.S..  H.I.T. and Yates/Dugdale combo works best for me.  I train each muscle once every 9 -10 days, 2-4 work sets per muscle with slow negs, forced reps sometimes and some pure negatives.  I do incorporate a LOT of what I learnt at Intenemuscle though and greatly respect and admire Dante.

I am training for bodybuilding, overall strength, fun and lean body mass.  I honestly enjoy deadlifts, I dip a lot deeper on the warmups, even on 5 plates as I have a video on youtube showing me doing it for 11 reps.  that was the first time attempting 6 plates so I was a little timid.
Next video will be 6 good clean reps I promise.  I was 69kg when I started and was 120kg before I started Dieting for this comp. I am 98 now and will be 95-96 onstage this year in October.

Making the sounds is not something i do intentionally.  I guess it is part of what I need to do to lift 12 plates off the deck.  You can turn volume down if it offends you buddy, sorry.

Good luck Lee on your contest. I look forward to seeing your pictures. We need another champion like Dorian Yates.

Fair enough mate, sorry if I offended you. I did the same thing when I first started lifting 4 plates aside. Seems silly now as I can lift that now no problems. I'd probably have to start screaming again to get to 6 plates. :) Props on pushing yourself up to 6 aside naturally.
