Strong guy and good lifts.

A few olympic weightlifters have C&Jed that weight. Gives you some perspective on just how phenomenally strong those guys are.

Good weight.  Constructively, watch your form.  Try to approximate the olympic lifters form during the beginning of his first pull in the video.  I would like to see you lift even more without injury. That Olympic guy is god tier.

He's not built for deadlifting, given his height. But the videos prove otherwise!!! :)
Be careful on your form, though, as others have said.
I'd would like to a see a squatting video, or something other than DL'ing. ;)

Thanks guys.  Big Lee is a nickname from when I was younger, it just stuck I guess.  I realise I am not built for Dead-lifting but I really like it and it feels good on my back muscles.  I do have squatting videos on you-tube under Big Lee Heavy Squats.  I think 405 for 4 reps is up there at the moment.  I haven't tried a 1 RM but will soon once I am dieting.  I would also like to enter a dead-lift comp later in the year after the bodybuilding is over.  There are other exercises I am even better at so I will start putting other stuff up if people are sick of Deads.  I had 2 knee surgeries as a child due to some sort of cyst so I don't start too deep. I am not sore today from those deads yesterday though so I am happy.  Arm wrestling is another passion apart from bodybuilding and heavy weights.

What kind of grip training, if any?  I'm set on deading as much as possible without straps but seem to be stuck right now.  Any advice?

For grip training I never use straps.  Also I do very strict wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, for sets of 6 as heavy as possible, 3-4 seconds each way.  Heavy Deads with no straps as well as slow, weighted chins have built my grip up very strong.  In fact, when I used to use straps for everything I struggled to hold 315 for more than 3 or 4 reps, now grip is never the limiting factor which is a bonus.

Remember to do the lockout, and watch the knee's when moving towards the ground and coming up. You don't want to tore your back while doing this amount of weight.
