yes. you'd think that the surgeon would know enough about anatomy to realise how unnatural all of this looks.
such huge "pecs" do look like boobs when there's no upper chest, no striations, with small shoulders and arms ..

I don't get the rationalization...if you were born without a chest muscle like that UFC guy or got disfigured in an accident, sure I would understand. But that shit looks like laziness. Eat a little more and start doing some push ups and dips kid...you'll get there and then when the ladies start man-handling ya they'll feel the real thing.

I actually feel the same way about female fakes. Unless you had cancer or a physical trauma, what does it say about you as a person? That you need attention...and what does THAT say about you?

At least 'roids produce real muscle. Implants don't look like the real thing, and I assume they don't feel like the real thing. Not only that, people usually implant only one part of the body, which makes it look all the more ridiculous... somebody with scrawny arms and shoulders, no lats or abs, but with huge "pecs".
