lol arms are the easiest bodypart to build.  That guy could have worked out two times a week for 45 minutes just doing back and chest..and his arms would have been bigger then that and he would have a decent torso

they still together.

i would have thought someone like lee would be the last person who'd get implants (just goes to show what i know). then again, i wouldn't have thought milos sarcev would be pumping massive amounts of synthol in his arms, but i got proved wrong there too.
