whats the difference between talipia and orange roughy

im starting to add fish into my diet and i tried talipia and it wasnt too bad but i was wondering if i should go with orange roughy so far from what i hear alot of people are saying its really oily so should  stick with talipia or is orange roughy better

Fat content is not even close.  Orange roughy has a way higher omega 3 fat content.  Cost is also a big difference.  Orange roughy is pricier and has a huge amount of mercury which will one day kill Cutler if he continues eating so much of it.

yeah im alternating between salmon and talipia ,


dont think imma try orange roughy , not any time soon any way

Roughy has a very CLEAN taste to it. I LOVE IT! Tiliapia from the farm tastes good too but, wild caught tastes a little more "muddy". My country ass still believes fried cornmeal catfish is the best though.
