whats the difference between talipia and orange roughy

im starting to add fish into my diet and i tried talipia and it wasnt too bad but i was wondering if i should go with orange roughy so far from what i hear alot of people are saying its really oily so should  stick with talipia or is orange roughy better ???

Fat content is not even close.  Orange roughy has a way higher omega 3 fat content.  Cost is also a big difference.  Orange roughy is pricier and has a huge amount of mercury which will one day kill Cutler if he continues eating so much of it.

Costco carries some very good tasting Tortilla Crusted Talapia in the freezer section for those times you need something quick and easy.

Both those fish are farmed raised and are loaded with Hormones and unsafe drugs....be careful!

yeah im alternating between salmon and talipia ,


dont think imma try orange roughy , not any time soon any way

Roughy has a very CLEAN taste to it. I LOVE IT! Tiliapia from the farm tastes good too but, wild caught tastes a little more "muddy". My country ass still believes fried cornmeal catfish is the best though.  ;)
