there was one woman I know who didn't realize you could "click" and go
I LMAO when she came over and asked me if rip would be "breaking it down" SOON 
She lit up when I showed her she already had
I don't know if you ladies can tell but I'd imagine there are tons of females who just follow your posts on training 
Is there a similar nutritional type thread(s) here so I may lead her there as well please ? 
for girls I'm not sure if it makes a difference besides portion ? maybe extra supplements (during her *ahem*cycle) ?
