So about two weeks ago, Special Ed bypassed the Kamali/Jan Tana show in favor of a trip to Jones Beach to take in the 85 degree sunshine and as I'm lying there in the sand, my eye happens to catch this beautiful blonde woman with a six-pack and a frame that screamed "potential". Being Special Ed, of course, I walked over to her and introduced myself and asked if she competed, and it turns out that she was in fact, IFBB Pro Fitness Competitor Zivile Raudoniene, who won the Lithuanian and European Championships to earn her pro card in 2003.

Anyways, turns out that Zivile was preparing for the New York Pro Women's Show in a few weeks.
Zivile attended the prestigious Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education, which is one of those Russian-style training academies they put kids in to develop their athletic potential. While there, she trained three times per day with a trainer and ate meals on a regimented schedule. Her discipline paid off with her Pro card, but what makes her stand out from other fitness girls is her natural beauty.
