I wonder what the rappers will rap about now?

Today in Detroit, the word guy was buried. I am not starting this thread to be a "racist" in any way. But does anyone understand this? I mean, what good could come of this?

well that was a dumb thing to do. they basically gave the world a shit-ton more power when it IS used, now. if anything, the widespread use in rap and comedy had diluted it to the point where hearing it didn't make people cringe.

it's like carlin said, "there is nothing inherently wrong with the word 'black'. it's the racist asshole using it you gotta worry about."

Thirty this year.  I recently got out of the military(reserves) because of a medical condition and have just started to train again after a lay off.  thats one of the reasons I ended up here. I wanted to get back into lifting.  I don't frequent this board often.  I mostly check the gossip , mma and nutrition board.  Periodically I scan the political board.
