I like how he still looks athletic with that amount of mass, has height, healthy look, veins on arms. everything jay (and ron, except the veins) misses.

What year was this video taken? Seems that Gunter has an extremely short range of motion in his lifting. I wonder if he changed things up in 2002 and started doing full reps.

(Or is the short rep range common with the pros? I've seen some Flex Wheeler videos where he throws the weights around and is all over the place in form and rep range.)

what? his ab/thigh is his worst by far. in 2002 he still could have won for sure without incident.

KEEP training for another 10 years and u will understand that when u bench for example the chest works for 25% of the range of the motion and that benching basically equates triceps...so that's why ronnie benches from 1/4 of the motion to 3/4 of the motion which by the way is considerably harder if u try it...it's keeping the muscle under constant tension...lower the weight, slow down and see what happens - charles glass
