i'm at work now, i don't have any pictures here.
i'm 6', 225, not lean by any means (top two abs barely showing).
I'm doing the Velocity Diet I read about on another forum.
It's basically nothing but 1g x bodyweight in protein spread over 4 shakes a day plus 6 fish oil capsules and some fiber.
This plan is not to be used for more than 28 consecutive days, with one solid food meal a week (not overeaten, just balanced, meat plus veggies plus something fibrous, no dessert).
