So I've been going to a gym in downtown Ottawa becuase they give free access to military personnel but it wasn't until today that I noticed something crazy. I was warming up my knees on the leg extension machine when lights started flashing in front of me. There was a monitor attached to the machine that counted my reps, recorded my rep speed, and displayed my range of motion on a graph.
It was at this time that I noticed that all of the machines had this fancy Technogym technology. There's really no room for any of them in my workouts, but I thought they were neat nonetheless.
I've caught a glimpse into the techno-future-gym of the future and it's kind of cool. Everbody loves flashing lights . . .
