That's nothing. Scott_Donald on bodybuilding.com (he is a mod there) squats 500 for 3 sets of 20 reps. No IFBB pro could do that.

look elsewhere, the guy is an animal. 405x20 flat bench, 585x1 close-grip. he's also registered an 820+ squat in competition totally raw.

LMAO! It's on the damn Wall of Fame in the football complex right beside the list of All Americans, Retired Jerseys, etc. He has the school record in the bench at 555....it's there in writing...

I'm just telling you what the guy did. He could put up 470 when he walked on CAMPUS as a freshman (weighing about 320). Not in a Smith machine or with a shirt or with someone pulling the weight off of him. He's the strongest player UT has ever had. Travis Henry (ex-Bill and Titan) holds the squat record still. I think it's 810 but I'm not positive.

Maybe I should send them a request straight from you. They could set up and old, grungy mirror in the weight facility and get pictures of him working out through the mirror. I know you love that look...

When you type 100+ words per minute you can fill up a post pretty quickly. Of course, some of you fill up a lot of posts but you don't usually say a lot..
