yes i know my chest sucks ass..
i work it out every five days, just like every muscle group..
lately my chest workouts have been something like this
incline barbell press
barbell bench press
incline dumbell press
seated machine bench press
machine flys
cable crossovers..
i have tried all sorts of things that differ from this routine; like going with a much smaller amount of exercises, or going for high reps, or low reps...
after all my experimentation i have found that this works best. high volume, high intensity training with no ego and working out the muscle not the weights.
the reason my chest sucks so bad is that i didnt do bench press for a whole year...i was only doing dumbells. also; shitty genetics.
