yes i know my chest sucks ass..

i work it out every five days, just like every muscle group..

lately my chest workouts have been something like this

incline barbell press
barbell bench press
incline dumbell press
seated machine bench press
machine flys
cable crossovers..


i have tried all sorts of things that differ from this routine; like going with a much smaller amount of exercises, or going for high reps, or low reps...

after all my experimentation i have found that this works best. high volume, high intensity training with no ego and working out the muscle not the weights.


the reason my chest sucks so bad is that i didnt do bench press for a whole year...i was only doing dumbells. also; shitty genetics.

try hitting chest two times a week

once on monday use barbells and again on friday but use dumbells...stick with incline bb (db on fri), flat bb(db on fri), and dips both days

i will try that. except for the dips part. i cant make that movement hit my chest.....always triceps; and if i try for the chest i get the front delts.

once you get your bodyfat in the single digits the chest pops out more, I thought my chest was a major weakpoint when I was about 16% bodyfat but it looked much better when i got to about 9%

well, that is debateable. i would say that i was sent to rehab because of my extreme social anxiety/over thinking/an overwhelming state of self conciousness....which was worsenedd by smoking weed everyday for two years(for me marijuana causes intense paranoia..but only revolving around myself). which i then self medicated with cocaine..to stop being so self concious.      another reason would be my stealing of over 10 thousand dollars from my parents corporate bank account and buying 15 ounces of cocaine over about a month period.

either way...same result.

no i did all of that shit by myself. every once in a while i would go over to a friends house because i would be paranoid as fuc driving around looking for aplace to bust at..i would always chop them up a gram or two to use their pad..
