Ok, yesterday Chertoff says he's got a "gut feeling" we're in danger of more attacks.  Just a gut feeling you know... ::)  Nothing specific though... and today, "U.S. intel warns al-Qaida has rebuilt" rebuilt? What???  Did they just say rebuilt after all we've done???  It seems like every month they've killed another high up Al-Qaida man, touted as a major advance in the war on terror...  All we've done in Iraq, the place where Bush says is the central battle in the war on terror...

Of course with Americans being so opposed to this war, bad news coming out of Iraq that no goals have been met, a major funding deadline coming up and more republicans turning against the war, am I the only person who's reminded of Olbermann's "Nexus of Terror"

How could Chertoff only yesterday have a "gut feeling" and today, well today... AL QAIDA IS REBUILT ::) No no, nothing to see here, these aint the droids I'm looking for either :D

What exactly are u scared of. That they suck or that they are trying to take more power. Its the Muslims that are the threat.

Right, because there's not much of a history of governments being a threat to their own people... Oh wait :-\ yea come to think of it, it's rare to have a government that supports a free population.  History has shown the promise many times and many times the promise lost...

OK...so maybe this time its nothing...maybe. But we've been told for the last six months that somethings up...on the military side. U had the stuff in England, its coming. Maybe they'll stop it but its not hysteria....I'd rather have them fired up then asleep at the wheel.

I have a "gut feeling" this is a PR Stunt. Notice how Chertoff is publicizing his "gut feeling" right after the report saying the Iraqi Government that we put in place is a complete and utter failure? This thing has the stink of desperation to it.
