Training + diet
« on: July 13, 2007, 01:27:17 AM »
Lots of peeps talking about cycles and pct and such but I haven't heard much about training while on.  How should training regime change once on as opposed to off?

Can I go 6+ times a week while on?  High reps/sets?  Low reps/sets?  High/Low speed reps?

How about cardio?  Still hit the tread or bike for 30mins after workout?

To make it simple, I suppose the question is as follows:  Do any of the standard training rules change because you're juicin'?  Or does it just speed up the results? (links would be sweet)

What about diet?  Should I up the calories?  Consume 4 birds and 2 cows per diem or stick with what I was doing before? (considering 1.5g protein/lb - 40% protein calories, 50% calories from carbs, 10% fats)
Git 'er dun!

My training doesn't change on or off. I also do cardio every time I train - I only change the ammount & intensity based on my goals (i.e. cutting).
