The letters to Milos!!!!! how and why
« on: July 15, 2007, 07:59:58 AM »
http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=158730.0

Paul Chua was surprised and shocked by the leaked facts and how exact they were; so he called up all the involved federations and made them write the letters.  They don’t want to get Paul Angry to make sure they get medals in the coming shows.

Milos already had some problems with Bahrain’s federation even before this incident.  So did Dennis James.

They promised DJ to get him a contract to train their national team and then failed in doing so and DJ lost big amount of money in the process.  Then they contacted Milos and he refused to do so until they clear the issue with DJ.  The story was posted some time back on Dennis’ site but cant find it after the update.

Maybe Dennis and Milos can elaborate a bit more.

I heard that the federations have to pay an annual sanction or a member-ship fee to be under the good will of Paul Chua.  And if they don’t they will be penalized for the most stupid actions or their placing will drop.  I guess Malaysia didn’t pay that fee that is why they lost the gold in ht e 65KG and Bahrain did so that is Why they got the gold in the over 90KG.

The letters from the federations are really unprofessional and inappropriate to be sent out from the federations’ side.  I guess they were threatened by Chua that if they don’t they will get the shaft.  Especially Bahrain as all knows that 2 of their bodybuilder failed the drug test.  So it was more suitable for them to write a letter of disrespect to Milos and obey Paul Chua than to loose one gold and one silver medal.  Because can sack those medal anytime he chooses and refer to the anti-doping policy

I still cant get it how can an Englishman be the president of the Thai federation!!!!!!!! I thought they have to be natives of their respective federation.  Seems he is pumping a lot into the ABBF that is why he is getting this type of treatment / exception.

Dennis guest posed in Bahrain in 2001 or 2002.  Later on he was contacted by the Bahrain federation to train their team.  he got together a hotel package and bought a lot of supplements and steroids.  He also arranged with some restaurant for the food supply.  And then there was no reply from Bahrain.  So DJ lost big amount of money in the process.  He was then ignored from Bahrain and he couldn’t get the money he spent back.

Milos on the other hand was contacted after DJ and was given the same proposal.  He asked the Bahrain federation to pay dennis his money he spent first and then he would work with them they didn’t do so and no worked with Bahrian since.  All of that happened in 2002

No I am not Atlantic but I guess he is from Asia

This is going on for some time now,, I guess everyone know that Milos is saying the truth but the only thing lacking is evidence,, I am sure all the money transactions has done in cash so there will be no proof later on and the federations get that from their governments.  All of that in the name of sports achievement,, it depends how generous your country is and how many medal they pay for.

I spoke to a guy who attended the Bussan show in 2001 and he said that there was no drug test and so in 2002 and 2003 in Kazakhstan,, all the urine samples were disposed.

In 2002 Paul Chua contacted all the federations and told them to forget about the 85KG gold medal.  Kang Kyung Won from S. Korea won where he didn’t deserve 3rd,, before getting to the podium he took of the paint and wore his regular clothes thinking that he wasn’t in the top 3,, then he was shocked that he won and gor the 1st place.  Why?? Cause his federation paid for his medal and held the Asian Championship and Asian games in 2001 and 2002 respectively.

Well, SOMEONE sent me this:

He always receives cash money so you will never find any receipt or money transaction.  As for fixing the shows; at the weigh in everything is finalized.  He usually assigns each athlete at whatever placing he desires or previously agreed with other parties and then tells the judges who are close to him and they are usually the same at all the Asian shows.

Mohammed Abdulrahim (Bahrain)
Yonis Salman (Bahrain)
Jamal Aradi (Bahrain)
Nooh Al-Mejally (Qatar)
Hussien Zafra (UAE)
Amir Bayyat (Iran)
Qasim YAzbak (Syria)

The president of the ABBF at the moment is Brig. General Abdulla Khalaf Al-Kaabi, the next president will be a guy from UAE (don’t recall his name but will get it for you) so with all the money they pumped in the ABBF they got a gold medal in the Asian games as you know and the president’s position.

I am also sending you some photos from 2002 - BUSAN - SOUTH KOREA for the 90KG category where it shows clearly that Tarek Alfarasani didn’t deserve 1st place but got the gold medal anyway.  Second place was awarded to Mohammed Ismael (Singapore) who didn’t deserve it either and third was Ahmed Al-Sa’afeen (Qatar at that time originally from Syria) who was solid 1st but I guess they didn’t pay for his medal.  Ahmed Al-Sa’afeen deserved 1st place at the Asain Games in Doha as well in the over 90KG but went to Tariq Again.  Bahrain’s General organization of youth and Sports (GOYS) donated – in other words bribed- the ABBF through Bahrain weight lifting and Bodybuilding federation (BWBBF) an amount of US$20,000 to reinstate Sami Al-Haddad. Then the money went through Mohammed Abdulrahim (BWBBF president) to the ABBF and said that they refused.  Of course he didn’t want Sami back in but the word is out that he used that money to buy Tariq’s Medal for the Asain Games.

Sayed Faisal (Bahrain) who got the silver medal for the under 75KG failed the doping test and his test result is in the Bahrain Olympic committee but was never officially announced officially.

Nasser Mirza (UAE) did the NABBA world last year in June their federation suspended him for only a year. Then he guest posed at BBing show under the Qatar federation with Darrem Charles (during his suspension period)

None of the Bahraini team made weight at the Asain Games in Doha.  Even in 2004 Mohamed Sabah who won the 80KG gold medal was over 80KG by far.

Munther Alfarasani (Tarek’s Brother) Hill judge this years world championship; although he never judge any show except the last show that was held in Bahrain.

A show was held by Bahrain federation in April and one of the judges was from Saudi Arabia (Mohammed Al-Zahrani) who was suspended from his local federation (Saudi federation)

Hope this helps

According to the constitution the athlete who fails the doping test should be suspended for 2 year the first time and life time suspension if he fails the second time.  And if a national team failed the test 3 times they will be suspended for a year (the whole team)

Mohammed Nafaa (Palestine) failed the doing test in 2003 World champion ship – India and was allowed to do the Qatar Classic in 2004 and 2005 – during the 2 years of his suspension – which is held under the supervision of ABBF.  Paul Chau was head of the judging committee and a lot of other ABBF judges were there too.

Reason: Nafaa is in the Abu Dhabi Police so they paid some amount to the Qatar federationa dn they paid off paul chua

Ali Tabrizi and Kamal Abdulsalam (Qatar) both failed the doping test in 2003 World champion ship – India but still did the 2004 & 2005 Asian Championship and Qatar Classic 2004 & 2005 during there supposedly 2 year suspension.

Bahrain National team failed the drug test 7 times (at least this is what I remember) sami Al-haddad failed it 3 times, Hussain Jassim once, Tariq Al-farasani once and Nooh Hassan Twice.
Last time Nooh failed the test was in the Asian Championship in 2005 then he did the world championship in Czech in about a year.

These are the official statements and the Bahrain team was never suspended.  These are other athletes who failed the test but were never announced.

In 2004 the Iranian team owed the ABBF some money; or at least that is what paul chua said then they paid some of it one day before the Asian championship so they were allowed to compete and then the same problem in 2005 and 2006.  Their influence was an Iranian Official called Amir Bayyat.  A Weider supplement reseller.  Who sells a lot in Iran through Paul Chua.  This yea he was kicked out of the Iranian federation so he told paul chua to ban them from competing and they are facing a suspension or a fine.

Subject: Re: HEARING

Dear Mr. Blinn,

I am anxiously awaiting my hearing and I am looking foreword for the opportunity to prove my claims.
Now, I am somewhat confused that nobody from the IFBB office actually contacted me with the offer to possibly help me prove my claims.

What I am saying is: my accusations of Mr. Paul Chua's wrong doings are very clear...
If you didn't hear them until now I will be willing to repeat:

#1) He is known to be the only one to receive doping test.

Is your office going to EVER request from Mr. Chua official doping test results he got from the WADA?
I have every reason to believe (and a PROOF...which I am going to present at proper time) that Mr. Chua is hiding REAL RESULTS and I would hope that in pursue of the actual truth your office has the authority to ask both: Mr. Chua as well as WADA organization to send retrospectively tests conducted in every major show in Asia in the last 4 years (including both: 2002 and 2006 Asian Games).
Unwillingness to obtain these doping tests from WADA and Mr, Chua would raise the question of honor and bring the possibility that indeed Mr. Chua does have his associate inside the IFBB office.

#2) He is known to fix the judging score sheets.

Is your office EVER going to request from Mr. Chua official judging score sheets - with INDIVIDUAL scores from each and every judge (starting from the 2006 Asian Games and going back...let's say also 4 years - including 2002 Asian Games)?
On the same note will your office confirm the scores with each and every judge in charge of scoring particular events? I am anxious to compare the score sheets you receive from Mr. Chua to the scores I have received from one official judge of the Doha event.
IFBB office should have archives of judging score sheets from each event (correct me if I am wrong) so I don't see much difficulty in fulfilling this request.

#3) He is known to manipulate official weigh-inns.

Is your office EVER going to request from Mr. Chua official weight of the competitors from the events in Asia in the past 4 years?
Also, are you going to find out weigh-inn procedure in all the events and question his motives to have official weigh-inn "behind the closed doors" where nobody can witness THE ACTUAL WEIGHT of the competitors.
I also have confessions of numerous competitors who can testify how they were allowed to compete in the weight class even though - they never made the official weight.

These are the important issues I will like you to reconsider before the hearing.
I already had the opportunity to speak with several members of the committee, namely Mr. Jim Manion and Mr. Steve Weinberger about what I have witnessed in Doha.
Day after the actual competition I was on the phone with Mr. Rafael Santonja - reporting to him what I saw in one of the most important IFBB events in the history of our organization.
I have also informed IFBB Media Representative Mr. Peter Mc Gough as well as Mr. Olympia coordinator Mr. Robin Chang about my pending case with your office...

Coming from Europe I have also contacted the IFBB European Athlete Liaison - Mr. Pawel Filleborn from Poland and discussed in great length about Mr. Chua...and I only hope your office could give the "immunity" to some highly regarded members of the IFBB to find out what they know about Mr. Chua.
Speaking of the "immunity" did you consider giving the opportunity to all Asian (and Middle East) IFBB organizations to freely speak about Mr. Chua's dictatorship in Asia for almost two decades?

Now, with all due respect to the IFBB office I must say that I am quite disappointed with the way your office has handle this case so far.
I am the IFBB member in good standing for over 15 years and it just happens to be - one of the most honest, honorable and known to be a man of integrity.
While very opinionated and sometimes "loud" I have always acted FOR the benefits of the IFBB as well as the most important subjects of our organization: THE ATHLETES!

Contrary to many who claim to have the athletes best interest in mind - I prove DAILY that to me IFBB athletes ARE the most important of all...and I have been fighting for their rights ever since I joined my beloved IFBB organization.
What is happening in Asia in our organization is DISGRACE to all of us...and simply MUST STOP!

Hard working athletes who put their lives and souls to achieve something in life - are cheated by this unscrupulous gentleman - who bluntly takes what is rightfully theirs and gives it to the "highest bidder" to gain personal financial benefits...
If you are not informed - gold medals at the Asian Games would bring between $250000.00 and $400000.00 to each and every athlete (amateur IFBB bodybuilder) lucky enough to win it.

I do say "lucky" in the true sense of that word as sadly, but certainly - I cannot use term "deserving" winner.

So, Mr. Blinn these are the issues that I am bringing to the surface...
I hope that SOMEONE will actually consider what I am saying...and also realize the obvious!

Obvious being:
I have NOTHING to personally gain and not "a lot" but - EVERYTHING to loose pursuing this case.
I will loose my Weider Endorsement contract (my livelihood) and ability to compete as the IFBB professional (which I was planning - later this year)...
But, as the man of honor and integrity I simply cannot close my eyes and tolerate what I saw in Asia...and I certainly hope that I will reach out to SOME people in the office and especially in the committee - as I know that INTEGRITY of the IFBB is now highly affected.
Please, don't close your eyes and lightly go over what I said - as I will NOT STOP ever...until I see the justice being served.

Respectfully,

Milos Sarcev

Don't worry too much Milos.  There's not much money in the World Championships as Asian Governments don't give  a damm about that, as the sanction is by the IFBB, not the IOC.  Paul Chua will leave the judging alone apart from some mild lobbying.  Also, with the www.arrestpaulchua.com site now active, this crook will be extra careful!!

I call on all bodybuilders, Asian or otherwise to distribute a leaflet containing the web address, www.arrestpaulchua.com to advise all comers to visit the site and give info.  Leave these leaflets at places where bodybuilders gather such as the Official Weigh-in Center, the Hotel lobby and Coffee House and even in the Auditorium itself!
