Lifetime drug free, 6', 200 pds or above...I sure would like to believe so. Doc says I'm 210 here with no tan relaxed. It pales in comparison to what lies below the waist (yes legs)... What you think?

Some people here think it is impossible to be a natural under 6 feet tall, under 6% bf and over 200 pounds.

I think they are totally possible for a natural, now those # you threw up the other day (arms, legs, waist) I'm waiting for proof of those

Very possible!!!

I was 220 pounds at the hieght of 5'10" and a half naturally at age 19-20 and I was below 10% bodyfat

The lowest I ever dropped weight was 190-195 but I was skinny as a twig and ran a lot...this was in 97 when I jioned the military

WHat bodyfat percentage is your goal at the weight of 200 and above?

They said Ronnie Coleman was natural during that time!! I truly believe it.

There are a lot of "Natural" footballs players who never juiced, who have low bodyfat that are over 200 pounds!

I dont believe Im genetically gifted or better than anyone here. I just know how to tell my side of the story

But one thing I do know is steriods really help you fulfill your genetic potential...

decent build, not exceptional

your quads are a stand out bodypart....but that cuts two-ways, also means you are disproportionate

never had it measured but I had veins in my lower abs, arms, shoulders, chest..................a aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh to be young and single again

6'foot at 200lbs is believable to me especially with some bodyfat. 5"10 at 220 I dont believe, at least not at 10percent bodyfat. Im sure you really wieghed that but someone may have mest up on the bodyfat. Arnold was around 6'1" and 235 in competition. This would mean you are close to arnolds size natural since he has about 3 inches on you.
