i think we all know someone who eats horribly and still is very lean/muscular without lifting weights or getting much exercise in at all. i've definitely got a few friends who fit this profile, anyone like that on here?
reason this occured to me... after dieting for 5 months and losing about 50 pounds, i fell off my diet completely for the past 3 weeks. i had to go on a road trip to film for a dvd for 8 days, plus had to move myself and my girlfriend into a new apartment that didn't have electricity for a couple of days. no electricity = no grill and no fridge which = eating out for every meal. on the road trip, i ate whatever i want including hamburgers and pizza every day and those hershey pie things from burger king as often as possible.
i came home and weighed exactly what i weighed when i stopped dieting. weird huh.
