so i get up around 3 am, and start doing my jumping jacks and said fuck it I'm gonna hit the gym to train a little mma. so i jump in my benz, and head to the gym bumping a little 2 pac. i pull up and notice it was dark. keep in mine I'm pumped up cause i took a double dose of noxplode, and 8 raw eggs. so anyways i walk up and the door is lock.... i was pissed!

so i sart shadow boxing, and kicking the garbage can out front. the next thing i know a bum jumps out of the garbage can, and starts tai kicking me to the face!!.. before you know it were on the ground grappling. it ends with a arm bar in my favor.

fuck it felt good.... reminded me of my old cage fighing days with my cousins.
anyone else ever experience this kind of workout?

Cool story. Watch out for those bums in the trash cans. Bums can be sneaky bastards. Next time, drop an M-80 into the can first! Even if they survive, it makes it easier to apply the triangle choke later.
