I will personally guarantee that he is over 300 lbs on stage...  He used to be a trainer at my gym in Arlington, TX.  he is also closer to 6'5".  The wierdest thing is, I never saw him eat food...  He is a monster!

Quincy guest-posed this past weekend in Colorado. I wasn't in attendance but the promoter told me he weighed 330lbs and one of the nicest guys to the fans. 3 weeks to go till the Europa he could easily be around 320 lbs.

He was insanely large at the Arnold.  Definitely carrying some added fat, but I wouldn't have doubted 350lbs that day.  BIG dude.
