I have never talked smack on here, but I'm going to bring it for the Mr. Getbig Contest.

I weighed 211.7 today at 5'11" and 3/4th's.  My BF % right now is under 8%.  I'm been hitting everything twice per week and I've upped the caloric intake by about 600 calories per day.  I'm stronger right now than I've ever been in my life.  I hit 445 for 5 in the squat rack last week.  I will do legs again tomorrow.  I hit the 140 dumbells on flat bench for 5 yesterday, more than I've ever done before.  I'm stronger right now than I've ever been at any point in my life.

I'm going to bring it.  What I present at the Mr. GetBig Contest will be the best package I've ever shown.  I will compete at above 200 pounds, with a bodyfat percentage below 4 while under 6 feet tall.  You all say it can't be done but I will prove to you, with photographical proof, that it CAN be done.

Meathead, Adonis, etc...you all better bring it.  TEC is coming full-bore and will take no prisoners.
