LOL.  First off, where I'm from it's rare even to have a gym go up to the 150s.  In fact, I don't know of any gym that does.  Although we don't have a Gold's Gym or World Gym here.

Almost every gym I've trained at has at least 150s

No Earl.  Unlike you, I'm not interested in "giving it" to any guy.  But I do find it interesting that this Layne Norton name pops up here on GetBig at least once per month and along with it, a slew of nuthuggers proclaiming him to be some sort of mythical "all-natural" guru.  Perhaps he is, but unless he engages the uncensored warth of GetBig, we'll never know for sure...

How could I hold a grudge against someone whom all I know about, is that he has legs that are hardly bigger than my 5 yr old daughter's ???  Seriously, who is this guy?  Bring him to me...

well wouldnt say that his legs are that bad for a natural. definatly a weak point for him but not bad.


on the other hand. are your legs any better off steroids?


and for the record. i just wanted to see these videos cause he knows alot about dieting and contest prep for naturals.
