Xanax & Test

Apparently after Benoit's drug autopsy they found 'elevated levels' of test in his system along with Xanax and this combination made him go postal and kill his family and himself.  Does anyone else think that CNN is just looking for an easy way out as far as an explanation for his actions and denouncing gear in the meantime?

bigfish I was typing a topic about the same thing, while you were doing the same. lol

YES. I belive that CNN and the public has just "latched" onto the steroid use and using it to lay blame.

did you not read the whole thing? it says nothing like that

But, he said, the level of testosterone revealed nothing conclusive about the wrestler's state of mind before his death.

"There's no reliable scientific data that says elevated levels of testosterone lead to psychotic rage," Sperry said.

"The only thing we can ascertain is that this level of testosterone indicates that he had been using testosterone at least in some reasonably short period of time before he died," he said. "It could be an indication he was being treated for testicular insufficiency."

The investigators found no other drugs, including steroids, in Benoit's body.

The only thing a combination of test and xanax will do is: make you strong and happy.

To blame his "mad max" incident on these two products is intellectually lazy and offensive.

If xanax and test made a person kill another. Then most of my friends from the gym would be on death row right now...

Xanax will mellow you the fck out...Now Meth and Test may produce a diff/outcome...

it didnt say test and xanax made him kill them. all it said was there was a small dose of test they found.

pain killers,xanax,and NO steroids found

There must be more than one report on this, because the report I read says STEROIDS in big bold print along with "found in his system" behind it. AND there wouldn't be a pole taking place, asking people to vote on their oppinions about STEROIDS and wether they had anything to do with Chris' deadly actions- if they hadn't made it public about finding it in his system, AND that doctor wouldn't be so much shit if he hadn't prescribed him a 10 month supply every 3 to 4 weeks.

yeah from what i've been reading they're twisting this into another gear bashing propoganda session.  anyone who didn't see that one coming must be blind.  did any of the reporters ever think that maybe he had a huge blowout with his wife and she threatened to leave him or maybe she cheated on him and he just snapped and couldn't take it?  that's called emotions not steroids.

I hae been on xanax for over 10 years.
All it does it mellow you out.
In fact when on a mega dose cycle, I hae to take extra xanax sometimes becuase I just get so jacked up I feel like exploding.
The xanax brings back to normal.
So I would say xanax can be helpfull if test starts to make you a bit edgey!

Im feeling the Man was a bit of a Religious Fanatic W/ serious personal, family, and emotional issues.... More PPL been killed in God'S name than becaues of AAS or ANYTHING ELSE!!

Yup, ya cant find a more peaceful one than Buddhism, but now and then they get a monk for: Pedophilia, Porn, Heroine trafficking etc..

Also some very strange offshoot sects. Marx said "Religion is the Opiate of the people".
