im going to do a carb manip. and it started manday july 16th. im 36 years old. 5 foot 11. 227lbs and 10.5 % b.fat. medium bone structure. ive been bodybuilding just not competing for 22 years now with a few years of lazienes in there! :) lol i lose massive  amounts of muscle when i do too much cardio, trying to get really lean,  so im cutting back a little  and really keep tight records on the following carb intake per day.  im doing a 10 week total dieting phase( although im not competing) and id just like a few thoughts on it from you all. thanks alot for your input ( i wont be adjusting ANYTHING until i find out the results of this little experiment..:) i know alot of you know your stuff so please feel free to flame you if i make you sick or what not..lol i have not competed since 1994. back then we didnt know the x's of carbs yet.  this is going to be an eye opener at the least for me.  heres one important  quetion i have from guys my size and weight and leaness.  is my targeted carb totals per day to low for tolerance? or am i doing the diet to long on low carbs? im trying to cycle them as you can see but thats what im worried about that i cant really do this mentally! lol or can i go lower like 50 grams per day on my low days?... my end result should put me about 6 to 7 % b. fat. ill be really putting in the protein to subplant the absence of carbs so i will hoover between 2000 to 2600 calories a day. i do keep fats low  but will up it a little with the carb phasing.  and i when i do, i wont be combining it with a carb meal.. ;)
cant wait to post the pistures!

well sounds like youve done your homework.  I made the mistake of cutting my carbs to low to quick.  lost strength and felt awful very quickly.  Dont get so caught up with the amount of carbs, just make sure you use portion control and use good carbs.  ITs very important to time your high GI carbs correctly.  you will make the neccessary adjustments as you learn how your body reacts to your diet.
