I'm not dissing Milos or his diet/training philosophies.

You don't seem like a guy that rode the short bus in high school... It's just that after 5-10 sessions with the master, you should have picked up the lessions that he's trying to convey...no?

I'm suggesting that there might be many different ways to achieve your goals, that's all.

i think it has more to do with being around guys like Hide, Milos, Luke, etc and training with them.

yeah, and I learn stuff every time still...but you're right, it's a lot of just the concept of association
