So Dave, you make your internet "fame" from calling bullshit on people's lift claims. You always tell them to make a vid to prove their claims. Sevastase posted a vid today squatting 400 and then 500 for several reps--you know, the same Sevastase you have been harassing for weeks. In other words, Sevastase just owned you into oblivion.

Now, since you love to call bullshit on others' lift claims, I'm calling bullshit on your repeated claims to squat 495 for sets of 7-8. Until you post a vid proving it, it's just a bullshit lie. After all, no one with your crackwhore legs and stick-figure calves could ever squat that much weight...

There is no question that sf cant do 495 on squats, the guy has some serious meat and fat on his body, the bigger you are, it doesnt matter, if your fat also, i remember when i was 90 kg a lot of fat also, i could lift some heavy ass weight, the weight and fat helps tremendosly.

Depends on whether he accepts it. If he accepts it, then it's his to keep if he wants to or dispose it off if he doesn't.
