good lift Judo... but do you always use such high reps? I counted 11 reps...imagine how heavy you could go for 4-6 reps...I am thinking 140's! Don't mind Special Ed's comment, I use elbow sleeves for compound pressing too, it helps keep your elbows warm and will help avoid injury in the long run. on the supplement note... I try not to spend money on sups that I don't feel. No Explode helps for your intensity, the tribulus is good for support natural test levels and zma helps you sleep like a baby and also helps with test levels... I have never been a big fan of bcaa's, but I do use liver tabs for aminos!
