No, it's not. It's in the judge's hand last I checked. The penalty for dog fighting is a maximum of 3 years in jail. People are granted bail for crimes that are a lot worse. Better luck next time.

There's absolutely no precedent for denying bail on an animal abuse case, and even if the bleeding hearts convinced the judge (which is doubtful) it would get overturned immediately on appeal.

What about the Sheriff and the local DA who tipped off the house member regarding the FBIs drug raid.

Also the Sheriff and DA both knew what was going on, we need to find out how to get them ousted! FBI has got to be looking into this, not to mention the DA played the race card once the FEDs got involved

that may be the case, but public opinoun will ruin him. Why do you think all these people are coming together on this issue? They want justice to be served but they know, deep down it won't it took the FEDS to go down and get this matter resolved.

People don't realize the MAIN reason the FEDs busted down that door was for drugs they were running drugs out of the house on a major scale, but the DA and/or the sheriff tipped them off.

If they do it's cause they have a high flight risk and they don't want to risk them running off to some other country with their money before they get to trial. I doubt Vick would be a risk to run off to another country to live low for the rest of his life.
