Anyone else ever do this?

There's a group of P/L's at my gym.


Well they all stand around in their little spandex shirts with their arms all flared out.

So i will purposely bench on their nights just to fuck with them.


lastnight they were doing board presses with 315, and i was warming up with 405.

The looks on their fat bloated faces were priceless.

Anyone else ever do this?

Can you tell the story about the time they had 405 on the squat rack and you pushed them aside to curl it again please... ;D

LOL well not with 405, but they had 315 on it, and i did standing military presses for 12 cold! but that wasn't with the P/l's that was with some kids just messing around in the squat rack.
